The afternoon’s speakers will include:
- Remzi Arpaci-Dusseau — chair of computer sciences at the UW and a leading computer systems researcher focused on the future of data storage
- Howard Bailey — director of the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center and an international expert on chemoprevention
- Tom Erickson ’80 — a technology entrepreneur and founding director of the new UW School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences
- Ruth O’Regan — an internationally renowned breast cancer researcher and physician who is pushing the boundaries of cancer treatment
- Vallabh “Samba” Sambamurthy — dean of the Wisconsin School of Business and an expert on the integration of technology in health care
